Beginner-Early Intermediate

ALIGN

A beginner-friendly reformer class focused on technique, control, and confidence. Build strong foundations, improve alignment, and feel supported whether you're new to reformer or refining the basics.

If it's your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early for your reformer introduction.

Intermediate-Advanced

ELEVATE

A progressive reformer class designed to challenge strength, control, and endurance. Expect more advanced exercises, seamless flow, and a deeper challenge while staying rooted in Pilates principles.

All Levels, Intensity Based

SCULPT

A dynamic full-body reformer session that lifts the energy and effort while remaining adaptable to different experience levels.

Expect athletic sequencing, stronger cardio intensity, and options that let you scale the challenge while keeping control and clean Pilates movement.

Small Group Mat Pilates (Mixed Level)

Strengthen, stabilise, and stretch in an intimate small-group Mat Pilates setting. With a maximum of five participants, you'll receive personalised guidance to perfect your technique and form.

Each class blends core work, posture correction, and mobility training, leaving you balanced, strong, and energised.

Small Group Barre

Experience a full-body, low-impact workout that fuses Pilates precision with ballet-inspired movement and strength training.

In this energising small-group class (max five people), you'll tone, sculpt, and lengthen your body while improving posture and balance. Expect uplifting sequences that build confidence and leave you feeling empowered.

Prenatal & Postnatal Friendly Reformer Pilates

A gentle Reformer Pilates class designed for pregnancy and after birth. Focuses on safe movement, core and pelvic floor strength, and improving posture. Exercises are adapted to support your body at every stage.
